The first step of changing is by starting to act towards a cause. Join us and significantly assist in our efforts towards better neighborhoods!
1How do I join the movement?
That is probably the easiest thing to do!
You can either start by your own and post your initiative on our social media, or you can just find your local team and join forces with them, taking part in their decisions from the very first day!
Start by becoming a member of Save Your Hood Greece or follow our announcement channels on Instagram or Whatsapp and see for yourself our magic!

We have 3 central communities where you will find announcements and important news, BUT the groups in your municipality!
Teams are based on the current municipality for your convenience.
3What are the rules of the Local Teams?

  1. Phones: Will be visible to all team members. If you don't feel comfortable, put a nickname or nickname and a photo that doesn't reveal you. 😉

  2. Sensitive Information: Groups are for Save Your Hood topics and initiatives only. Let's keep our personal information for elsewhere. 🙏

  3. Respect Above All: As always, we respect each other. Zero tolerance for bullying or harassment - this will result in immediate ban from all our groups. 🙅‍♀️

  4. We Share Responsibly: What we upload to the group, stays in the group. Let's not share personal information or discussions elsewhere without others' permission. 🤝

Well, that is easy too! On Facebook, there is a constant poll pinned that you can announce your own initiative. See for Yourself! Of course you can make a post to the group too, or simply tag us on any social media platform!

What if your dreams of having your own team led you to reach out to us? Every local team has its local coordinator. A valuable partner that helps the team make their initiatives reality, fuels them with passion and motivates them even further, whilst at the same time, plays a crucial role towards what is happening in Save Your Hood overall!

1What are the requirements to become a Local Coordinator?
A local coordinator is characterised by her/his coordinating skills, without seeking leading position. In "Save Your Hood" we do not have leaders, but coordinators and shiny examples of people that inspire others. You need to have great desire to learn, contribute and coordinate, whilst keeping leading motives out of the equation. You must not be politically exposed or have problems with the law.
2What is the process?
You can become a local coordinator by requesting it, below. A short webcall will be arranged in order to meet you "in person" and explain how we work! That's it!

1Why become a family member?
Save Your Hood is all about family. Family has the power to really change the flow of a river as it consists of really strong bonds that take us further. You will be an active part of the movement and take part on our decisions and route.
2What are the advantages of becoming a family member?
Reserved Invitation to participate in the weekly's members' meetings Member in a closed group with valuable exclusive information Benefits reserved for members Participation in closed team building events. Dedicated platform for all your requests and ideas.
3What are the obligations of being a member?
A family member has no obligations, except from attending our monthly web meetings.
4What is the process of becoming a family member?
There are 2 ways of becoming a family member: a) Through a short interview process (zoom or other digital means b) By participating in some of our actions. The main thing to keep in mind is that we JUST want to get to know you first. To see if our ethics and passion fit!
